Roger Karlebach is a Principal with The Whitman Group and a former employment lawyer.  Roger received his JD from Columbia Law School in 1970, where he was a member of the Columbia Law Review.  Roger has worked as an attorney at Kaye Scholler and Kelley Drye & Warren in New York, Carpenter Bennett & Morrisey (now McElroy Deutsch Mulvaney & Carpenter) in New Jersey, and in-house in the telephone industry in New York and New Jersey.

Alex Draper

Alex Draper has six years of legal recruiting experience and three years of IT recruiting experience.  Prior to joining The Whitman Group in 2003, Alex worked for Robert Half International and helped start up their IT Division in a number of offices throughout San Diego.  While with Robert Half, Alex helped Network Administrators and Web Developers secure new positions with some of the country’s leading technology companies.  Since transitioning to the legal industry, she has worked on a variety of projects and searches, focusing on Corporate and Securities, Labor & Employment and Intellectual Property.
